LEAD757 has a 30-year history of success in identifying, educating, and supporting a strong cadre of leaders dedicated to serving our region. Through varied programs, events, and community projects, we connect, challenge, and inspire a wide range of citizens who reflect the rich diversity of our region.  

LEAD757 provides balanced education and dialogue on issues of critical regional importance. We help community leaders become more informed, civically engaged, and active participants in work that positively impacts our region.

Celebrating 33 years of developing leaders, LEAD757 is the oldest and largest leadership organization in Hampton Roads, and one of the oldest and largest in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Together with an expansive network of distinguished alumni, LEAD757  continues our proud tradition of connecting, inspiring, and motivating leaders capable of strengthening the region’s prosperity and our place in the Commonwealth.

LEAD757 has a network of over 1,500 graduates from the greater Hampton Roads region, representing the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Our proactive leaders make substantive, positive changes throughout our region and beyond.

The Signature Program

Our premier program is designed for experienced leaders seeking to expand their circles of influence, their knowledge of the inner workings of Hampton Roads, and their opportunities to serve.

The eXcel Leadership Academy

A summer program for high school students, eXcel provides behind-the-scenes tours and interactions with top business leaders. Students are introduced to the economic opportunities in Hampton Roads and the path to internships. 

The LEAD Alumni Association

Our 1,500 graduates continue to grow their connections through unique gatherings and educational opportunities such as The State of the Region Address and Conversations with Leaders.
